The Woodcliff Academy is dedicated to motivating students to not only complete
their high school education but to also consider all their options for future education. We teach the basic subject matter and we also instill a sense of responsibility, self- esteem and orginizational skill necessary to realize each individual's full potential.
Our trained staff analyzes learning styles and academic strengths and weaknesses on
a continuing basis. When necessary, we back up and re-teach missing or half- learned basic skills in reading, math, grammar and composition. This ongoing academic review serves to reduce gaps or flaws in the educational foundation for the student's future. Each and every student at Woodcliff is provided with an individually tailored program that recognizes the student's unique and special qualities and needs.
Courses for College Bound Students
Woodcliff has an excellent history of providing a high quality college prep program
for students planning to enter college. High quality academics and standard high school textbooks are used to teach our college bound young people. Students who have learned the strategies for academic success at Woodcliff are able to return to their local high schools and be mainstreamed with college prep students.
Vocational Education Opportunities
Students attending Woodcliff also have the opportunity to attend our school for the
academic portion of their education and attend morning or afternoon vocational courses in area vocational schools. |
